When will my kit arrive?

Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. Standard worldwide shipping typically takes 5–12 business days depending on destination; you receive tracking when it ships. Full detail is on our Shipping & Delivery page.

Can I return a kit?

Unopened, unused kits can be returned within 30 days. Opened, consumable materials cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. Damaged or missing items are replaced or refunded on receipt of a photo. See the Refund & Returns policy.

Are the kits safe for children?

Each kit lists a minimum age and safety notes. Kits with small parts are not suitable for under-3s; kits with sharp carving tools, hot wax or resin are for adults. Always check the safety module on the product page.

Is my finished piece guaranteed to look like the photos?

Kits provide pre-measured materials and step-by-step guidance. Your result is handmade and varies with your own technique — the photos show what is possible, not a guaranteed outcome.

How does membership work?

Membership is a service subscription (Maker's Club or Studio) that adds member pricing, monthly kits and free shipping. There are no credits or stored balance, and monthly kit allowances do not roll over. Cancel anytime from the Stripe customer portal in your receipt email.
