We sell pre-measured craft kits (physical goods) and membership subscriptions. Kits provide materials and illustrated guidance so you can make an item yourself. Your finished piece is handmade and its appearance varies with your own technique — product photos show what is achievable and are not a guarantee of your result.

You must be 18 or over to buy, or 13–17 with a guardian's consent and with the guardian completing payment. Under-13s may not register or order. Kits with small parts are unsuitable for children under 3; kits with sharp tools, hot wax or resin are for adults only. Follow all safety notes on each product page.

Kits are for personal hobby use. Resin, wax, soap base and cast pieces are not food-safe and must not be used for food or drink contact. Polymer clay must be baked in a dedicated, non-food oven. You are responsible for following the safety guidance supplied with each kit.

All prices are in USD and include the kit contents described. We may correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; your order is confirmed once payment is authorised.

Memberships are recurring subscriptions billed monthly or yearly in USD. Benefits are service perks (member pricing, monthly kits, free shipping) — they are not credits or a stored balance and do not roll over. You may cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. Shipped monthly kits are not refundable once dispatched.

Delivery and returns are governed by our Shipping & Delivery and Refund & Returns policies, which form part of these terms.

Your use of the site is subject to our Acceptable Use and Content License policies.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injury or damage arising from failure to follow the supplied safety instructions or from misuse of materials. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
